If your best network engineer left tomorrow, what would leave with them?

Most county, city and agency networks run on a small team and a lot of memory. Our fixed-fee Network Assessment finds the risks before they become outages, then shows exactly what it takes to fix them.

What the assessment finds

The problems behind next year's outages are usually already there.

CONFIG DRIFT

Devices that no longer match your standards

Settings changed during an incident and never changed back, often across hundreds of switches.

EOL / FIRMWARE

End-of-life hardware and unpatched firmware

The quiet security and support risk that tends to surface in an audit.

SPOF

Single points of failure

The one link, core switch or firewall that takes down a department when it fails.

DOCUMENTATION

Maps and inventory that are out of date

What the diagram says versus what is actually connected.

MTTR

Slow time to diagnose

Where your team loses hours finding the cause of an outage, and how to cut it.

CAPACITY

Work your team can't get to

Every fix estimated in engineer-weeks, so you can see the staffing gap in numbers.

Questions

Before you book

How much does the assessment cost?

It's a fixed fee based on your network size and scope, agreed on the free scoping call. No hourly surprises.

Can we buy it without a formal RFP?

It's sized to fit most small-purchase approval limits. We can also work through cooperative contracts or a prime you already use.

Do we need specific tools or vendors?

No. We work with your existing network equipment and monitoring tools, and our engineers hold Cisco and network-automation certifications.

How much of our team's time does it take?

A kickoff, read-only access, and a few short interviews. Most of the work happens on our side.

What happens after the readout?

You keep the findings and the plan. If you want help, we can fix the top items in a 60–90 day sprint or provide ongoing engineering support.
